In this "Knolwedge Economy", organizations have to know how to create knowledge and keep doing innovation job for the purpose of getting the competitive advantage. Keeping up with the pace of quickly socialty-changing evironment and putting the emphasis on the issue of knowledge management is the trend in today's company. The purpose of this thesis is to test if Culture of organization and Knowledge management influence the Innovation of organization, in which whether compensation system acts as a moderating variable or not would also be teseted. The samples of this thesis targeted at the high-tech industry in Taiwan. 250 questionnaires were delivered by e-mailing and 131 valid questionnaires were returned. The valid response rate was about 52%. We conducted factor analysis, reliability and validity and regression analysis for clarifying the relationship among the variables. The results showed that knowledge management would influence the innovation of organization in a positive way and compensation system would act as moderating variable in the model. Finally, some suggestions are provided according to the findings and conclusion of this thesis.
