Description
Summary:博士 === 國立成功大學 === 資源工程學系碩博士班 === 96 === The main purpose of the research is to test the major pressures or drives of Taiwan’s industry of electrics and electronics, which specializes in OEM and ODM when coping with the WEEE, RoHS and EuP, what practices of green supply chain management will be adopted to manage the situation, and whether the financial and environmental performance can be improved or not. The researcher uses literature review, in-depth interview and survey with questionnaires to collect data as the research methods; at the same time, advances the hypotheses ready to be tested. The analyzing methods include two parts: basic analyses of the sample data and comfirmatory factor analysis. Besides, SPSS statistical software is used to analyze the data, and the path analysis model of SEM is used to verify the hypothetical framework of this research. At last, LISREL8.71 is also used to analyze the latent path model. At first, the confirmed factor analysis is utilized to affirm the major factors of each dimension, and then, the factors are used to verify each hypothesis. The researcher concludes from the 152 valid questionnaires, and finds that because of the influences from the regulations of environmental protection’s laws of the EU RoHS, and the factors of pressures drives from external stakeholders and technology, the manufacturers of electrics and electronics in Taiwan has adopted Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Practices to cope with. The GSCM Practices include green manufacturing practices, green purchase practices, and internal environmental management practices, and so on. Above all, the adoption of all these practices can improve the organization’s financial and environmental performance.
