Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資源工程學系碩博士班 === 96 === The approach of this project is to study preparation of lightweight aggregate from the mixture of reservoir sludge and glass cullet. The aggregate, in the form of highly porous granules, was produced by mixing together glass cullet and sludge, then sintering this mixture at a selected temperature. Lightweight aggregate, have successfully produced using the sludge that Tseng Wen Reservoir. DTA/TG, MTS, OM, SEM,XRD were used examine the thermal treatment properties, including the bloating mechanism, microstructure, phase analysis, and crystalline variations. The test results show that the main chemical compositions, SiO2, Al2O3, and flux (Fe2O3、CaO、MgO、K2O) of the raw materials will affect the properties of the expanded lightweight aggregate. Glass cullet melt into glassy phase at 1090℃ that keep the air, the particle density is below 1800 kg/m3 at 1140℃.
