Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 96 === Modern people usually live under high pressure due to the rapidly progress in present day. Suffered from anxiety for long time may cause disorder of immunity system and harm body health. Learning how to relax anxiety is an important lesson for modern people. The past research showed that the harmonic energy of peripheral blood flow measured from the persons with anxiety reaction varied with the extension of work hours irregularly. And HRV of the anxious patient is lower than the normal people. In the thesis, we measured and analyzed peripheral blood flow, heart rate variability, and heartbeat of healthy and anxious people to find the variation between pre- and after experiment. In addition, a deep breath procedure was also added to the experiment, and the results reveal that deep breath can improve anxious mood effectively. The proposed system is based on PC, and its measurement circuits of the related physiological parameters were modularized. It also has the advantages of easy operation and expansion. The experimental results were also compared with the evaluation results of anxiety forms to verify the effectiveness.
