Summary:博士 === 國立成功大學 === 歷史學系碩博士班 === 96 === This thesis is to discuss the concept and practice of folklore by Taiwan New Literature Writers in 1930s. It is also based on The Collected Folklore of Taiwan , which including Lee Shying-Chuang(李獻璋),Yang Shou-Yu(楊守愚),Liaw Han-Chen(廖漢臣),Ju-Feng(朱鋒)to present the value of their works and reconstruct of their writing process by ways of following methods: First, exploring the influences of their works through analyzing the life of these writers and their writing background. Secondly, there was no common way to collect and research folklore. Therefore these writers in their owe way to show their ideas. Finally, the concept of Taiwan folklore influenced by the global folklore movement . It shows the enlightenment to the common people, and it reveals the sprit of independence of Taiwan culture.
