Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 醫學工程研究所碩博士班 === 96 === During the childbirth examination, uterine contraction signal is very important parameter, by measuring frequency and intensity of contraction, which can provide the fetal status to the clinical personnel. If the uterus contracts intensively, she will probably cause premature delivery or miscarriage. However clinical personnel can learn the uterine contraction of pregnant women only by childbirth examination, without long-term monitoring the uterine contraction activity. The aim of my study is to set up a PDA cell-phone monitoring system, hopefully by long-term measuring contraction signals could be utilized the possibility of premature delivery. The systematic hardware consists of pressure acquisition system and wireless transmission system, pressure acquisition system consists of 8051 microprocessor and pressure circuit, wireless transmission system consists of Bluetooth module and PDA cell-phone. The system can be applied to pressure sensor for acquiring signal, 8051 microprocessor controls Bluetooth module to transmit wireless signal, then nearly end PDA cell-phone receives the signal and shows the waveform on the screen of the cell-phone. According to the clinical result, the wireless transmission distance can reach up to 7m, not only can affect the activity of the person hardly but also can detect unusual contractions at the same time, to record frequency and intensity of contraction effectively, and let clinical personnel understand the uterus activity of the pregnant woman, making diagnosis can detect in time.
