And there are many issues and problems arise alone with the expansion of the business, one of the minute and complicated issue is the attendance management system. This system incluses the applying different absence and leave, the trace of the un-processed requests, the inquery of attendance records, the reservation of meeting rooms for different conference and the statistical reports every month … etc. Therefore, it has been very important and urgent to design a computerized software system with all management tools to reduce those trifling and trivial yet time-consuming process. Many attendance management systems are designed with the card key using bar code or smart cards technology which comes with storage limitation. Unlike the traditional design, this study utilizes the RFID to implement the attendance system. The RFID owns non-contact, non-counterfieited, anti-interference, quick recognized and smart differentiated … features, and it is now used to compensate and enhance the security of staff-control and also increase the efficiency for staff to sign in /out by swiping a card key. This study design a attendance management system for users to sign in / off, to apply for overtime work, to apply for business trips, and reserve the conference rooms … etc. Furthermore, the statistical report provides the managers to oversee the employee’s performance. Also, web program is implemented and is allowd the user or the manager to track the individual or overall attendance conditions. With the internet availability, this system provides high convenient approaches for manager to inquery the attendance information and to assist the user to handle the usful message.
