This study also analyzed the satisfaction and other opinions of experimenters who participated in the execution of this system. The main methods used in this study are literature review, secondary analysis and survey. The subjects of this study included teachers and students in the Universities those in execution of this system. There were 495 teachers and 434 students. The valid questionnaires retrieved were 174 copies of teachers and 133 copies of students, and the rate of recovery was up to 33.05%. In conclusion, with SPSS/12.00, statistic analysis of the available samples was done with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s comparison. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Strengthen to disseminate the system of retardant tracking education 2. More detailed programs of related supplementary measure 3.
