碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 教育政策與行政學系 === 96 === The main purpose of this study were to understand the background, development, and status quo of “The system of retardant tracking education for Universities in Taiwan. ” This study explored the influential factors and the encountering problems perceived by experimenters in the execution of this system. This study also analyzed the satisfaction and other opinions of experimenters who participated in the execution of this system. The main methods used in this study are literature review, secondary analysis and survey. The subjects of this study included teachers and students in the Universities those in execution of this system. There were 495 teachers and 434 students. The valid questionnaires retrieved were 174 copies of teachers and 133 copies of students, and the rate of recovery was up to 33.05%. In conclusion, with SPSS/12.00, statistic analysis of the available samples was done with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s comparison. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Strengthen to disseminate the system of retardant tracking education 2. More detailed programs of related supplementary measure 3. Strengthen the guidance for students 4. To put into interdisciplinary integration effect 5. Strengthen resources integration of the departmentalism
