Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 教練研究所 === 96 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of archers’ aiming consistency by different training methods and relationship between strength and archers’ aiming consistency. The objects of this research were 27 archers with average height 166.02±7.52cm, average weight 63.9±11.1kg, average age3.1±1.37 years old, and average training years in archery is3.1±1.37years. All participants were evenly distributed into holding training, coordinate training and medicine ball training groups (A, B and C) according to their aiming consistency performance with matched method. The training session took 4 weeks and training 3 times a week. All data were analyzed with two-way mixed-design ANOVA, paired t test and linear regression by statistical software package (SPSS12.0). For all analyses significance was accepted at p<.05. The results of the study were listed below: 1. After 4 weeks holding training Group A showed no significance different with aiming consistency and bench press of 1RM, but bench expanded of 1RM showed significance different. 2. After 4 weeks coordinate training Group B showed no significance different with aiming consistency and bench press of 1RM, but bench expanded 1RM showed significance different. 3. After 4 weeks medicine ball training Group C showed no significance different with aiming consistency, bench press 1RM, and bench expanded of 1RM. 4. All 3 groups' training methods showed no significance with aiming consistency. Hence, the author suggests Group A and Group B can elevation bench expanded of 1RM; Group C can keep basic strength for resistance training.
