The objects of this research were 27 archers with average height 166.02±7.52cm, average weight 63.9±11.1kg, average age3.1±1.37 years old, and average training years in archery is3.1±1.37years. All participants were evenly distributed into holding training, coordinate training and medicine ball training groups (A, B and C) according to their aiming consistency performance with matched method. The training session took 4 weeks and training 3 times a week. All data were analyzed with two-way mixed-design ANOVA, paired t test and linear regression by statistical software package (SPSS12.0). For all analyses significance was accepted at p<.05. The results of the study were listed below: 1. After 4 weeks holding training Group A showed no significance different with aiming consistency and bench press of 1RM, but bench expanded of 1RM showed significance different. 2. After 4 weeks coordinate training Group B showed no significance different with aiming consistency and bench press of 1RM, but bench expanded 1RM showed significance different. 3. After 4 weeks medicine ball training Group C showed no significance different with aiming consistency, bench press 1RM, and bench expanded of 1RM. 4. All 3 groups' training methods showed no significance with aiming consistency. Hence, the author suggests Group A and Group B can elevation bench expanded of 1RM; Group C can keep basic strength for resistance training. None 邱炳坤 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
