Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 運動保健科學研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Ge Semiconductor Taping on Lactic Acid and Ryodoraku after strenuous exercise and the variation relationship between both. Sixteen healthy male college students participated in this study. The fixed load 0.075kp/kg was used to do 30 seconds Wingate anaerobic exercise. Then, the Zusanli and Neiguan meridian points were taped with true or fake taping in balanced order and sing blind methods. The same test was administed after 3 day. BIOSEN c_line Glucose-Lactic Acid Analysis Device and Meridian Energy Professional Diagnose Device were used to measure lactic acid and Ryodoraku values at the resting, 3, 5, 7, 10,15 and 30-min recovery. Data were analysed using a two-factor (trial × time) repeated measures ANOVA with post hoc Bonferroni and paired t-tests. The results showed that true taping can significantly different reduce lactic acid concentration at 7 and 15-min (p<.05)and promote blandder Ryodoraku amperage at 7, 10 and 15-min (p<.05~p<.001)durin recovery. The others and average Ryodoraku amperage had no significantly different between two tapings during recovery. The conclusion of this study was that attaching Ge Semiconductor taping on the Zusanli and Neiguan meridian points can removal lactic acid and dispel muscle fatique. It can elevate blandder Ryodoraku amperage, but not average Ryodoraku amperage. The reduction of lactic acid concentration may be relative to the elevation of blandder Ryodoraku amperage.
