The legacy systems are subject to the limitations of old operating systems, making it difficult for branch banks to support new banking services. Likewise, connectivity with other systems or peripheral equipment also poses some degree of difficulty. The methodology of this research is based on a dynamic workflow process. This methodology is complemented by an object-oriented analytical scheme, so a highly flexible system architecture can be created, allowing new transaction processes to be added, or existing ones modified, as needs require on a real-time basis. This makes banking services more flexible and significantly more competitive in terms of achieving customer satisfaction. The results of this research are aimed at providing a unified process control module, helping users implement flexible transaction processes, shortening system development time, lowering the average error rate during the system development and maintenance period, and lastly, increasing server use and transaction system stability. To the banking industry, this means banking services with greater flexibility and significantly increased competitiveness. By applying the results of this research, it is hoped that the competitive pressure faced by the new generation of banks can be effectively eased Ruey Shun Chen 陳瑞順 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW
