It naturally becomes a social network in community or among communities, who used communication technologies and devices to communicate with each other. And wireless mobile communication devices exuberantly develop, so mobile social networks were formed by people who communicated through mobile devices. The referred mobile social network is composed of parents with Developmental Delay Children (DDC), volunteers and staff in Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation. Service types, which parents with DDC needed, had many kinds by results of depth interview. About this paper, it is a point how to assist parents finding an appropriate volunteer to serve this parent. This paper proposed a system to matching parents with DDC and volunteers. In this system, parents requested a service and volunteers provided service which he could serve. This system will match parents and volunteers by those service items. For selecting a more appropriate volunteer, this paper proposed matching fitness to select volunteers. In matching fitness, this paper considered service questionnaires from parents and volunteers, professional skills of volunteers and distance between parent and volunteer. In order to investigate effect of matching fitness, twice questionnaire surveys were executed in routine activity of Angel Heart Family Social Welfare Foundation. And parents with DDC and volunteers were matched by matching fitness in second activity. Compare second activity with first activity, and then 53.864% “Overall Satisfaction” and 42.3% “Service Feedback” of questionnaires in second activity are higher than questionnaires in first activity regarding 13 pairs were matched in second activity. By investigation report, matching fitness could select a more appropriate volunteer and make parents with DDC and volunteers satisfying the service. Li-Der Chou 周立德 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 115 zh-TW |
