To know the demand of industrial human resources in the stage of expertizing training or selection of personal career helps person to do career path planning and prepare well to work. Traditional way to analyze the demand of human resources is to gather information from respondents by questionnaire which is completed manually. In the research, we simulate the process of finding job and recruiting by system agent to get information of industrial human resources demanding from Internet jobbank which is our sample data used to analyze demanding of human resources in Information Technical field. In addition, we investigate the structure of type of job opening in Internet jobank in Taiwan that 104 Internet jobank is the sample data. We deign information analysis module and crawling methodology by understanding and organizing information and ways of classified from Internet jobbank. Depending on the hypothesis and methodology, we not only prove the practicability to get information automatically, but find a new methodology which is totally different from traditional way to gather and analyze information by research of industrial human resources demanding.
