碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 96 === Since the twentieth century, RFID has been applied in many industries. However, in the medical industry, RFID has never been applied in all areas. Therefore, it is important to study how RFID has been applied in the medical industry. The purpose of this study is to understand the reasons and the goals for implementing RFID projects, and how to integrate medical processes with information processes. Case study method is need for this study purpose. Data are collected by interviewing the information department manager of the hospital, which have already implemented RFID projects. And it is found in this study that executive support the RFID projects, fit process in the RFID projects, review process before planning RFID projects, and user involvement in the RFID projects.
