The previous discussion of military training instructors, emphasized on military training system itself and the satisfaction on work or job satisfaction on quality of Life. However, in the past studies, it did not explore deeply on military training instructors organizational commitment, professional commitment and the trend of resign the occupation. Therefore, this study is carried by investigating the questionnaire method; middle schools’ military training instructors in Taoyuan, Hsinchi and Miaoli area were selected to fill the questionnaire. 250 questionnaires were sent, 202 valid samples were returned, and the return rate is 80.8 percent. Statistical analysis using regression analysis class, this study was to test assumptions. Our survey result could be concluded as follows,1.Affective and continuance organizational commitment had significant negative effects on the organizational leaving intentions.2.High military training institution would strengthen the negative effects on the military instructor affective organizational commitment to the organizational leaving intentions. 3.Affective and continuance occupational commitment had significant negative effects on the occupational leaving intentions,4.High military training institution would strengthen the negative effects on the military instruction affective occupational commitment to the occupational leaving intentions. According to the research results, the implication of military management has also been discussed deeply as the following, Firstly, the education departments should be set up according to the legal system and military training management organizations, and then strengthen the commitment of military training instructors to education departments continually. Secondly, the Ministry of Education should strengthen the military training instructors’ commitments continuously in designing the course and selecting the teacher.
