To achieve research aims and construct indicators, the methodology of this research was conducted by using the Delphi Technique. In the process of my research, Delphi technique was carried out for three times through thirty-one Delphi Technique experts. Lastly, based on the data form investigations, it was preceded via Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test and Kruskal-Wallis one-way analysis of variance by ranks, to prove the consistency of opinion of all professionals. Finally, according the results of this study, the conclusions by the researcher were stated as followed: the professional evaluation indicators include four dimensions, professional knowledge, professional experiments, professional disciplines, and professional developments, and basic knowledge of education, subject content of education, teaching implementation ability, subjects teaching ability, student counseling, administration cooperation, interpersonal communication, education discipline, moral behavior, professional spirit, advanced study and innovated research were the twelve evaluation indicators and fifty-seven items in total were eligible for the evaluation indicators.
