Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 96 === Abstract The aims of this research are as follows: 1.To examine the differences of work values of notebook OEM testing dept. staff based on different background variables. 2.To investigate the differences of work satisfaction of notebook OEM testing dept. staff based on different background variables. 3.To identify the relation between work values and satisfaction of notebook OEM testing dept. staff based on different background variables. This research is based on questionnaire surveys, supplemented by professional conference and content analysis method and purposive sampling testing dept. staff of global 5th great notebook OEM. Six hundred survey questionnaires have been conducted with 471 of them valid. This makes a participation (cooperation) rate of 78.5%. This research adopted to the survey forms of “Working Values Survey” and “Minnesota working satisfaction questionnaire”. The research population is the testing dept. staff of global 5th great notebook OEM. We adopted descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheff'e Method, Pearson's product-moment correlation and so on to go into analysis. The concrete conclusions are as below: 1.There are remarkable differences in notebook testing dept. staff’s working values on social status and responsibility based on different individual variables 2.There are conspicuous differences on notebook testing dept. staff’s working satisfaction on relationship, promotion, working environment and leadership based on different individual variables. 3.There is positive correlation between working values and working satisfaction of notebook testing dept. staff.
