The research methods were literature research, interview and questionnaires. The results were as Follows: 1. The policy-making process has a positive impact on Taiwan Craft industry:Not only in keeping with the public demand for justice and fairness, and to raise living culture. But plans notice time should be at least two or three months time, and the levy election process should be open. 2. The implementation of policies on Taiwan's ceramics industry marketing of a good performance:The most effective direct marketing are to sales in trade shows, websites, and department stores. The main reason for the success marketing is creative and unique features, rather than price. 3. The recommendations of formulation and implementation for Cultural and Creative Industries policy:More communication to discuss policies and achieve the benefits are greatest public good with the principles of justice. To accept the assessment and the market test, the correct policies needed to promote long-term extension.
