The purpose of this study is to discuss the factors that affect the occupational stability of graduates from Self-Contained Classes of Senior-High Vocational Schools, related to understand how to promote the employment stability of the persons with disabilities, and to reduce the burden of parents with disabilities, and to convert cost of the owner's staff: 1、Discussing the relationship between the accomplishments of graduates from Self-Contained Classes of Senior-High Vocational Schools and social adaptation. 2、Discussing the affects of household factors on the ability of social adaptation of graduates from Self-Contained Classes of Senior-High Vocational Schools. 3、Discussing the affects of the ability of social adaptation on occupational stability of graduates from Self-Contained Classes of Senior-High Vocational Schools. 4、Discussing the affects of working environment on occupational stability of graduates from Self-Contained Classes of Senior-High Vocational Schools. 94 participants of this year graduates from Taipei district, attended this research. 84 out of 100 questionnaires were retrieved. The results showed that different parents' degree of support having significant difference in its employment stability. In addition, the equation preface analysis result of linear structure showed that the job market practices achievement, individual and family's factor and has apparent influence on social adaptive ability of the graduates. And significant difference showed in social adaptive ability, the working environment as well.
