Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 96 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently and the factors to affect their will of taking administrative work in the junior high schools of Taichung City. First, the relevant literature on the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently and the factors to affect their will of taking administrative work was collected, investigated, and analyzed. Next, the framework of this research was devised, the questionnaire was edited and pre-tested, and the research tool of this study — Questionnaire of the Investigation of the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently and the factors to affect their will of taking administrative work in the junior high schools of Taichung City”— was developed accordingly. Then, the junior high school teachers of Taichung City were used as research population from which 330 teachers in 15 schools were randomly sampled as research subjects. 328 copies of questionnaires issued were returned and the returning ratio was 99.4%, among which 326 copies were valid and the effective return ratio was 98.8%. After questionnaires were collected, statistics methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression, were used to analyze the research data. Conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The current status of the will of junior high schools’ teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently is in the high- intermediary level. 2.Respondents show different perception on the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently due to the difference of individual background (such as sex, age, work seniority, educational background, job position, marriage and the scale of school). 3.There are close relationships existed between the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently and the factors to affect their will of taking administrative work, and both of them also show positive significant relationship as well. 4.The influencing factors of teachers’ will to take administrative work can significantly predict the will of teachers to take administrative affairs concurrently at all levels.
