Moreover, the rising oil price and concept of saving resources have resulted in increasing the demand of bikes. The Giant is the biggest bike manufacturer in Taiwan. The number of Giant's chain stores is about three hundred and twenty-seven and still stable growing. Two of the most important and long-term strategic decisions of a chain store are the site selection and the best service. Every chain store has different features, services, atmosphere, and displayed products. This paper focuses on how to select the most important factors for attracting the customer. We use the AHP method to analyze and compare with the demographic data. By this study, the company may understand what is the consumer expect from the chain stores. Then the company can make the right strategic of sales. It also can help the company to manage the chain stores.
