Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 96 === The main purposes of this study were to identify the study of the relationship between educational resources and administrating performance in elementary school.Next, the variances different background of school and teachers are compared in this study. Finally, analyze predictive power of educational resources on administrating performance.
This research in nature is a quantitative study ,mainly based on the questionnaire survey.“The educational resources and administrating performance Questionnaire” was used.It included two parts:“the questionnaire of educational resources in elementary schools” and “the questionnaire of administrating performance in elementary schools”.
In the study ,the samples were 364 teachers in 53 elementary schools in Chiayi County and Chiayi City. 335 completed questionnaire, which received from 350 subjects,are valid(response rate, 95.7%)
The study has come up with the following conclusions:
1.School he in elementary schools have tangible resources, humanal resources and intangible resources etc in Chiayi County and Chiayi City. Each is adequacy.
2.Elementary schools have good administrating performance in Chiayi County and Chiayi City.
3.The educational resources of school that teachers of different service age makes different. The educational resources of school that teachers of differs from different school size and school distress.
4.The administrating performance of school that teachers of different person background variables makes different. The administrating performance of school that teachers of different school variables makes different.
5.There is positive correlation between educational resources and administrating performance.
6.There was significant predictive power of educational resources on administrating performance.
Based on the research findings and conclusions, the researcher proposed some suggestions to education resources and administrating performance in elementary schools.
