Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 96 === The study aims to discuss the current situation and different circumstances in administrative effectiveness of student affairs as well as the school-community relations in the aspect of chiefs of student affairs with various personal and environmental backgrounds, and to realize the prediction of administrative effectiveness of student affairs to the school-community relations. This study is based on questionnaire surveys. To obtain statistic results, the researcher took certificated educational personnel in public elementary schools in Yunlin County as main samples. Issuing questionnaires” administrative effectiveness of student affairs,”” the school-community relations,” and “basic data”, the researcher obtained 266 effective samples. Based on the above samples and the software of SPSS for windows 12.0, the researcher ran a series of statistic analysis, including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression, and etc. to come out with the following conclusions: 1. The current situation of administrative effectiveness of student affairs in elementary schools is above average. “Administrative communication and co-ordination” is the highest, and the following priority are “chiefs of student affairs’ leadership performances,” ”goal achievement and personnel’s satisfaction,” and ”students' behavior”; each part shows average. 2. The current situation of elementary schools-community relations is above average. “Message’s communication and broadcast” is the highest, and the following priority are “participation of decision-making” and ”satisfaction of feedback.” Nevertheless, “benefit resources mutuality” and “ organizational operation and administration” need to be enhanced arduously. 3. There is no significant difference among administrative effectiveness of student affairs as a whole related to elementary school chiefs of student affairs with various personal and environmental backgrounds. 4. There is significant difference among the school-community relations or other dimensions as a whole related to chiefs of student affairs’s various educational degrees, years of service, and school’s establish history. 5. Administrative effectiveness of student affairs and the school-community relations are positive correlation. 6. There is 58.8% prediction to the school-community relations related to the dimension of ”goal achievement and personnel’s satisfaction” and “administrative communication and co-ordination” of elementary school administrative effectiveness of student affairs and the moderator of “chief of student affairs’ years of service,” “chief of student affairs’ educational degree,” and “school size,” and etc. Finally, according to the result of the study, some related suggestions are made for elementary schools, chiefs of student affairs, and further advanced research.
