A hermeneutic phenomenological approach was conducted to be a methodological guideline for this study. The study intended interpret the service experiences as well as uncovering the meanings of such experiences. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used for data collection and the thematic analysis method was used to analyze the texts to develop common themes. The following four themes uncovered the service experiences of these volunteers: They are (1)To care drop-out students with love, and accompany them patiently.(2)To push behind the processes of teaching, not the controllers to them. (3)To be with them with all of the heart, the volunteers realize the meanings behind the services. (4)To service with willingnesst, the volunteers experienced charging both inner feelings and outside networks. Based on the results of this study , the researcher has proposed suggestions to the volunteers who assist with drop-out students, educational institutions, family education professionals and future studies.
