Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 96 === The thesis topics are to introduce the IPC industry in Taiwan and its pricing strategy. First, the thesis will give a definition for the industry scope, and then introduce its background, specialities, applications, market size, product classifications, supply chains, the comparison between PC and IPC industry, player status and the market structure. The big competiton always exists in the PC market, which makes the pricing remaining very small margins, small PC players hard to survive and large players becomes larger. Comparing to the PC industry, IPC industry, with its high gross profits, becomes a “Bule Ocean” for the smaller PC players. Price is the only key to have better market share or profits in the marketing mix. Therefore, the thesis will focus on the details analysis on the pricing strategy and process for the IPC industry, using the methods of expert judgement as Delphi method, Scoring model and AHP. Besides, the thesis also shows the details and differences of pricing strategy analysis by catergories as product applications, business types, departments, revenues, sincerities and positions.
