Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 96 === The Peer-Tutoring was adapted in this research. The research target is the 2nd grade students of SMHS in Data Processing Department. The researcher scheduled the teaching units of skill-test accounting, which carried on action research and separated five times in training curriculum. In process of study, researcher through discussion, analysis the procedure report of peer tutoring, questionnaire, interview, co-observer teacher’s training discussion and training notes to modify and improve the content of action research. The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of peer tutoring and make a suggestion of training students to pass the skill-test of accounting for further training courses. The conclusion and findings of this research are: 1. It should establish the followed rule and build a stable training environment. 2. The peer-tutor should have pre-training before every peer-tutoring teaching. 3. It should concern the level difference in pair of peer-tutoring teaching. 4. Teacher and peer-tutor should be the role of scaffold in the peer-tutoring process. 5. The team-cooperation is main efficient point in peer-tutoring. 6. It constructs atmosphere of respect and understanding each other in the class by “teaching” and “learning”. 7. It shapes a better situation of interaction and communication through the peer-tutoring teaching. 8. It shows the learning efficiency in the initial of peer-tutoring teaching. 9. The females are more stable than males in peer-tutoring teaching. 10. The teaching curriculum can be structured and the learning results are more efficient on easier training units. 11. The peer-tutoring should put into practice longer to show its efficiency. To sum up, it is more important to develop and improve students’ multi-intelligent than the score of skill-test through the way of peer-tutoring. This research provides the references for further study.
