The CPC Corporation, Taiwan although has not had the accurate privately operated datum date, however, when privately operated organization transformed, it's going to bear the brunt to the basic unit gas station staff.
This research take the The CPC Corporation, Taiwan gas station staff as the research object. By using questionnaire survey way and the utilization statistical
analysis, discusses the gas station staff faced with the privately operated organization transformation, transforms, the work investment, the work under the different opulation statistic variable to the organization satisfies, the organization pledged, the intention to resign and so on during various variables influence. The final research conculions are:
（1） the privately operated transformation assumes the negative direction relations to the work investment;
（2） the privately operated transformation satisfiedly assumes the negative
direction influence to the work;
（3） the privately operated transformation to the organization pledged assumes the negative direction influence;
（4） the privately operated transformation toto intention to resign to assume the negative direction relations;
（5） works the investment satisfiedly to present to the work to the influence;
（6） works the investment to the organization to pledge presents to the influence;
（7） works the investment to the intention to resign to assume the negative direction influence;
（8） works satisfies to the organization pledged presents to the influence;
（9） works satisfies with the intention to resign to present to the relations;
（10） organizes to pledge to resign the negative direction relations;
（11） the different population statistic variable reads to each construction has reveals the difference.
Consequently, the gas station staff certainly does not approve the privately operated transformation, participation in particular links up and transforms the benefit; And can accept privately operated and after that resign.
