| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育心理與諮商學系碩士班 === 96 === This dissertation is a narrative story about a novice counselor’s original family. Through self-narrative, I can self-reflection and self-awareness my life experience how impact on life and professional work, and further learning the self-care and self-treasuring.
Through self-exploration process of self in mother-daughter relationship, family relationship, and early experience to rediscovered of values that family background form. In this process, I can make clear that I forget to consider own need when I care others, and stranded to the values in the growth experience frame. Combing out the story of original family, I can perceives own condition, and value individual moves towards way of the self-treasuring.
On the way, not only studies self-care also to learn self-treasuring and Self-Affirmation and further treasure resourcefulness. Furthermore, I can remind myself that when I’ll be a helper also remember to attention self-care issue, keep energy and resilient.
