There is a set of management system suitable for evaluating the performance of technical staff, in which, a very important management tool is achievements management system. Introduce achievements evaluation operation correctly and effectively will enable the human resource factor in printing industry make higher and more competitive value.      This study is trying to explore from document theory and make a visit to experts in offset printing industry and then design and analyze questionnaire by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); following, pick up important factors of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry from returned statistic data and develop achievements evaluation standard; at last, work out the achievements evaluation indices of technical staff in offset printing industry and calculate the weigh of each index so as to provide a reference for offset printing industry.      This study has established the structure and weigh of achievements evaluation indices for technical staff in offset printing industry, and found that in the second layer of indices of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry, the most important one is work outcome, and then is working attitude, the last one is core function; in which, work outcome occupies almost a half of overall weigh value, from which we can see that work outcome index has been attached great importance in the operation of achievements evaluation for technical staff in offset printing industry.
