Therefore the education and training good bad is the important attribute which whether the life insurance company does continue forever to manage. This research life insurance industry personnel is the enterprise most important productive forces; But the company education and training success or failure can affect the human resources the quality, thus it may be known education and training importance; Also speaking of the life insurance company, the education and training cost occupies the company to disburse the quite high proportion, therefore the education and training achievements appraise into the life insurance company concern the important topic, Adds on the domestic and foreign related literature, the process factor load analysis, This research then take 「the education and training implementation」,「the education and training result」and「the organization achievements」 and so on three construction surface discusses its life insurance industry education and training as the construction to manage the achievements the influence. This research discovery education and training implementation has to the education and training result as well as the organization achievements to the influence relations, the education and training result has to the organization achievements and the education and training implementation to the influence relations, the organization achievements to teaches to continue the training result to have the influence relations which approaches.
