Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 應用日語所 === 96 === This research took Magnate Technology Co. Ltd as case study and made a questionnaire from company employees to find out Japanese business culture and how culture shock affects business culture. This research consists of five chapters which include three main chapters, introduction and conclusion. Introduction chapter introduced the purpose and motivation of this research also described the relative reference and research methods. Chapter one integrated how Japanese business culture injects into Taiwan manufacture factory and relative problems later on. In addition, inquired further the business culture of Magnate and their major Japanese customer then made a self-criticism of management system in Magnate. Chapter two focused on finding out how a company employee get used to the culture shock. Moreover taking Magnate employee as respondents to research this point and analyzed the result in this chapter. In chapter three, the auditor according to the result of questionnaires research the expectation and requirement of Japanese business culture learning in Magnate. Also auditor provided the human resource training proposal as improvement reference to Magnate. The last chapter concluded the result of this research and described about future research direction of similar topic.
