However, the evidence indicates that the failure rate of such ventures is quite high, showing a great demand for the knowledge on integration businesses. This paper offers a case study on mergers and acquisitions, trying to help the growth of enterprises. Whether synergy could be generated after mergers and acquisistions depends on complicated fatcors. Thus, undertaking mergers and acquisitions must consider various situations, which is one of the foci of this paper.
