碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 運籌管理所 === 96 === In the 21st century, two of the key successful factors for manufacturing industry are flexibility and speed. As the lead time to respond to customers’ demand is shortened and product models are diverse, most enterprises must have a pro-act ability. Meanwhile, in the complicated supply chain, inventory management becomes a core capability and has a positive effect on minimizing SCM cost system-wisely. Every type of inventory needs a control management system. In a global competitive market, inventory is no longer treated as an essential asset but as an accumulated cost. How to optimize the cost and the efficiency of supply chain inventory management is a continuing object for most of industries. By reviewing previous literatures, four types of traditional inventory management models for SCM are discussed and four types of naval repair stocking parts（NRSP）are introduced. Expert’s questionnaires survey and content validity ratio analysis techniques are employed to find the KPIs and to construct four inventory management matrices. These four matrices are employed to analyze the corresponding relationship between four types of NRSP inventory and four types of traditional inventory management models. This relationship analysis can be used to effectively manage naval stocking parts in the future.
