Eleven voluntary fifth grade students of gifted talented child were sampled in this study. The major studying method is quality method that were observation、questionnaire and interview to collect reaction of participants during relaxing zen meditation. The supporting method is using “Vision and Perception Attentive Game” and “Daily Stress Scale Sheet” for quantity sample data to analyze. Participants practiced relaxing with zen meditation for thirty five times and thirty minutes each time. The study results were: 一、The majority of participants were serious and concentrated for their attitude during practice 二、The participants liked to relax their waist and swing their hands、zen meditation with compassion and mandala music. The majority of participants liked one of relaxing activities’ item - relax their waist and swing their hands. So far as the other items’ preference, guide words of zen meditation with compassion and mandala music, they inclined to three of choice items - extreme like、very like and like. 三、Participants merged into relaxation increasingly with daily practice. All participants could accept the event from dynamic warm relaxation into static zen meditation with regulating mind. Moreover, the melting degree of relaxing with zen meditation for participants will be affected by body condition、 mind thought and daily event. 四、Quality and quantity studying result indicated this activity had passive affection for students’ concentration. In the end of activity, all participants considered the most benefit they got from this activity was to improve their concentration. The evaluated function t mark of test result before and after vision concentration’s game for participants were remarkably different. But color and shape’s interference test result did not meet required standard. 五、This activity had affection on students’ stress. 63.64% of participants feel they were not very nervous during the activities and they also could feel reduce stress for their study at the end of the activities. The evaluated function t mark of before and after activity test results of “Daily Stress Scale Sheet” did not meet required standard. 六、This activity also had affection on participants’ the other feeling Participants could use relaxation and breath method when they faced special event in their life.
