From the local residents’ perceptions, they reveal dual marginality of Feng-bi-tou area: globalization marginality and localization marginality. The residents’ marginality memories constantly reappear in different periods of their life. The significant events that occurred here also intensify residents’ memories and imagination of considering themselves as margin: the building of Feng-bi-tou fishing port ,the setting sail and the close of “Blue Highway” and the abandonment of the plan of “Luotuo Mountain” community as a result of the operation of medical waste disposal factory.
