Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 96 === Abstract Community is the area where people are living and it covers population, region, social relation, natural views, culture sources, etc. Community residents have the sense of belongings owing to interaction relation and satisfaction of living functions. It has made the community become a union with common mentality and culture feature. Thus different types of communities are developing. It is found that community overall building is approaching its own characters. It is worthy studying and experiencing. The study is to find out the interaction experiences among schools, enterprises and associations during the overall building process of Cui-ping Community. Based on the relative documents to study world current and time beating, the study matches the government’s new policy – “Six Stars of Taiwan Health Community” which covers enterprise development, social medicine, community peace, human education, environmental views and environmental protection as the community survey targets. Through actual interviews with the leaders of schools, enterprises, associations and communities, the success of interaction relation and improvement policies were understood and it is believed that the study result and conclusion are quite precious. The activity management committee of Cui-ping Neighborhood assists its associations to operate and further arranges the community’s activities to let its residents enjoy the lifelong learning and leisure service in excellent living surroundings. Cui-ping community overall building may gather all chairmen of the buildings to promote service learning project, update the community net sites to get fast and convenient information. Schools lead the meetings with the neighborhood to gather the sources to feedback the community. Enterprises may donate some money for the community or support weak groups. In this way, everyone in the community joins the community building hard. It is the luck for the community as well as for the society and country.
