Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 96 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of primary school principals’ moral leadership behavior, teachers’ organizational identification and job satisfaction, and analyze the relationship among them . The tool of this study was “Primary School Principals’ Moral Leadership Behavior, Teachers’ Organizational Identification and Job Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire”, and sample from Kaohsiung City ,Kaohsiung County, and Ping-tung County were surveyed using this questionnaire . The data were analyzed and presented by t-test,one-way ANOVA,Person’s product-moment correlation .
The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows:
1.Primary schools’ principals made good affairs by using their moral leadership, especially the show courageous criticism .
2.The dimension of willingness to effort had high good response in teachers’ organizational identification .
3.The dimension of job achievement had high good response in teachers’ job satisfaction .
4.The conception of moral leadership of primary school’s principal was affected by the age of teacher , the degree of teacher , service years , duty , and the age of principal .
5.The organizational identification of the teachers was affected by the the age of teacher , service years , duty , the history of school , the location of school , and the age of principal .
6.The job satisfaction of the teachers was affected by the the age of teacher , service years , duty , the scale of school , and the age of principal .
7.The principals’ moral leadership can promote teachers’ organizational identification and job satisfaction .
According to the results, suggestions for authorities of educational administration, school administration , primary school’s principals ,and future research were offered.
