Data was collected from blog of platform records, note of reading, read-learning sheet, daily researching record, etc. We also conducted a pre-test , post-test on students by using the tools “reading motivation scale” ,and “ the reading comprehension tests”. Finally, we tried to better understand the students’ feeling on this teaching method through “reading feedback sheets” and interviewed students face to face. All the data was to help researchers revise the action as the basis for the next stage of the study. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. On-line Reading Blog can improve students'' reading motivation. 2. On-line Reading Blog can improve the inferential comprehension ability of students. 3. Students were satisfied with the teaching of the On-line Reading Blog. 4. Understand the questions happened to the process of the On-line Reading Blog and propose the solution. The reflections of this research are as follows: 1. Implementing On-line Reading Blog can improve a teacher''s professional ability of teaching reading. 2. Implementing On-line Reading Blog can promote the interaction among teachers and students and make the atmosphere of the class more harmonious. 3. Using objective evaluation and appropriate reward to maintain the reading motvation of students. 4. The teacher should seek many teaching resources to create better teaching result. 5. Working hard in advance can implement On-line Reading Blog better. Finally, researcher has some suggestions for teachers and future studies based on the results of this research.
