Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 植物保護系所 === 96 === Maitake, Danceing mushroom (Grifola frondosa), also called strange fruit mushroom of Bei Ye and Huishuhua , is classifed in Polyporalses , Basidiomycetes. It is one kinds of delicious food edible mushroom. The purpose of this research is focused on the physiological characteristic and substrate of the danceing mushroom, spawn materials, culture materials, effect of nutrient supplements on the time for producing mushroom and biological efficiency of culture materials. In sreening of suitable spawn maerial, the job’s tear is the best from 5 tested grains. In physiological characteristics study, optimum temperature for mycelial growth of G.frondsa no matter culture on PDA or sawdust is 24-28℃. optimum pH is pH 5-6, The water content of culture sawdust medium for producing mushroom promodia is 65%. In sawdust culture, dark is suitable for mycelial growth ; adding 5% of rice husks to sawdust and mixing fine and coarse sawdust by 1: 1(w/w) are also is suitable for mycelial growth comparison of the suitability .In substituting test of the culture materials , for mycelial growth among the grass composts of rice straw , gaineagrass, pangolagrass, and carpetarass, and hardwood sawdust compost and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust is taken and obtains the results that sawdust compost and nonfermentated sawdust are better than all grass composts. The mixures of grass composts and hardwood sawdust compost or nonfermentated hardwood sawdust in proportion of 1 : 0 ; 3 : 1 ; 1 : 1 ; 1 : 3 ; 0 : 1 , and amended with 3% powder of job’s tears are conducted to experiment in growth of mycelium , and obtains the results that nonfermentated sawdust is better than sawdust compost no matter what any mixing proportion and grass composts mixed or not. Bot the mixture of pangolagrass and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust with 1 : 1 proportion is the best for mycelial growth among all tested mixtures . The mixtures of rice straw compost or pangolagrass compost and nonfermented hardwood sawdustor pine sawdust , and amended with 3% powder of job’s tears, and with 5% rice hull or not , are conducted to mycelial growth experiments, and the results are obtained that no matter what any mixting hardwood sawdust is better than pine sawdust. In screening the formulae of culture materials for cultivation of G. frondosa mixtures of compost of pangolagrass , rice straw or guineagrass and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust , and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust alone that all amended with 15% rice bran and 3% powder of job’s tears, are the best for mycelial growth and not significanthy different among them. But in mushroom production, nonfermentated hardwood sawdust has the shortest growth cycle time of 61 days and the highest biological efficiency of 44.4%. With 15% rice bran and 3% corn meal supplement , the mixture of guineagrass compost and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust, and hardwood or pine sawdust alone are same good for mycelial growth. In mushroom production with supplements of 15% rice bran and 15% corn meal , the nonfermentated hardwood sawdust and pine sawdust have the shortest grow cycle time of 64 and 66 days, and the highest biological efficiency of 52.4% and 50.2%, respectively. With 15% rice bran , 3% corn meal and 5% rice hull supplement, the mixtures of pangalograss compost , guineagrass compost or carpetgrass compost and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust, and nonfermentated hardwood sawdust alone are good for mycelial growth ; but the pine sawdust has the shortest time of culture cycle for 58 days, biological efficiency of 39.2%, while the pine sawdust without 5% rice hull has 68 days of culture cycle and 38.5% in biological efficiency.
