The influences of sequential Co2 Laser annealing parameter on titanium nitride film under 500~650 ℃ include frequency selection, pulse duration, average power, flare adjustment, protection film for the surface of work piece, duty cycle, test pieces and the design of protective gas, etc.. Should the influences of the aforesaid process parameters on the quality and mechanical features of laser surface alloyed parts be well understood,the production technologies of related domestic manufacturers can be promoted, the cost of the products can be reduced and the competitive capability of enterprises can also be enhanced. The results show that after the titanium nitride film received laser annealing under 500~650 ℃,through SEM observation, part of the rough particles attached on the surface of the film come off ,and the nano-compound coating provides with better surface roughness and better crystallinity.
