Summary:碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 護理助產研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this research was to effectiveness of the educational pamphlet and telephone health consultation follow-up everyday from nursing staff during four weeks on uncertainty, stress and coping strategies in high-risk pregnancy women during the second trimester. This was a experimental design, structured questionnaires were utilized to collect the data:(1)The Uncertainty Stress Scale-High Risk Pregnancy Version; (2)Ways of Coping; and (3) Inventory of Social Supportive Behavior(ISSB). Totally 84 subjects of purposive samples were collected from inpatients and outpatients in a medical center in Taipei, Taiwan;82 subjects completed the questionnaire. The participants were randomly assigned to experiment group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41). After pre-test, the experiment group were received the educational pamphlet and telephone health consultation follow-up everyday from nursing staffs during four weeks but the control group participants received only routine nursing care. Two groups were post-test by using questionnaires after four weeks. The data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows 15.0 statistical software. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, independent t-test, paired t-test, general linear model and Pearson’s correlation. Results showed that:(1)nursing intervention programs can reduce uncertainty in high-risk pregnancy women (<.001) .(2)nursing intervention programs can reduce stress in high-risk pregnancy women(<.001).(3)nursing intervention programs can’t significantly affect coping strategies; but doctors and nurses’ social support increasing indicates coping strategies increasing .34 score.(4)uncertainty was positively correlated with stress;uncertainty and stress were negatively correlated with coping strategies. The results of this study that using the educational pamphlet and telephone health consultation follow-up everyday from nursing staff during four weeks can significant reduce uncertainty and stress in high-risk pregnancy women during the second trimester, and it can also provide references to antepartum health care programs. Moreover, it can help nurses to understand high-risk pregnancy women have uncertainty and stress. To expect nursing staffs can reinforce the role of being educator and supportor.
