The object is the sport delegation in Tao-yuan Ping-jen Junior High School. After they took eight courses, the results showed the instant effect can be obviously seen during the evaluation. Meanwhile, the students can have new experience of sport team and reinforce the cohesion. The teaching method of experience learning indeed arouses the passion of the players to join the training. At the same time, it also improve the horizontal and vertical communication between the coach and the players. This result also provides the strategy for the trainers.
