碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 96 === The aim of this research is designing a set of experience courses which are suitable for junior high school badminton delegation to build up a team and applying Kirkpatrick’s Four-level Evaluation Model (1996) to treats the result. The object is the sport delegation in Tao-yuan Ping-jen Junior High School. After they took eight courses, the results showed the instant effect can be obviously seen during the evaluation. Meanwhile, the students can have new experience of sport team and reinforce the cohesion. The teaching method of experience learning indeed arouses the passion of the players to join the training. At the same time, it also improve the horizontal and vertical communication between the coach and the players. This result also provides the strategy for the trainers.
