| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣體育大學(桃園) === 休閒產業經營學系碩士班 === 96 === Leisure activities had been an important index of Taiwanese health and life, especially when regular holiday move on to two days per-week and give people more leisure time. The purpose of this study is based on the manpower of middle schools and want to know the teacher's ability and willingness of instructing leisure activities.
Through the analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and questionnaire, this study know how to measure the teacher's ability and willingness of instructing leisure activities. Try to detect their distribution and background, and to evaluate whether it's feasible in the future or not in school's leisure manpower system, student's guidance after school, join hands project of leisure, and so on. In addition, this study would understand teacher's background who like to be a volunteer of leisure, and to know whether the allowance would influence their willingness.
This study found each 18 indexes about the ability and willingness of instructing leisure activities. After counting and analysing through AHP's weight and summary, this study got 4 result.
1. The fittest teachers to join in leisure instructing would be those male teachers who teaching health/physical education or art/life, and their working experience is less than 1 year or more than 11 year.
2. Those teachers who's working experience between 6~10 year have the lowest weight in the group of people whom have both the ability and willingness of instructing leisure activities.
3. The fittest teachers who like to be leisure volunteers would be those who's working experience under 1 year or more than 26 year and working on Taoyuan's north area.
4. There is 57.6 percent teachers would like to be leisure volunteers if they join in the leisure activities whom they are good at, but there is 16.1 percent teachers need a prior allowance.
This study found more than 43 percent of teachers in the middle schools considered that they had got both the ability and willingness of instructing leisure activities. It revealed Taiwan’s middle schools already had lots of energy to run leisure education. In the future, we suggest government could try to give an impetus to each teacher in an experimental school to instruct leisure activities, then we will know about the student’s satisfaction and the possible of running leisure education in the whole middle schools.
