A noteworthy point is that the BMI(Body Mass Index)level in experimental female group had no significantimprovements due to the influence of growth period.Apartfrom that,significant improvements in BMI level,one-minutesitp-up,sit-and-reach,standing jump performances wereobserved with subjects in the experimental group,all theseindicate Aerobic Dance helps to improve health-relatedhysical fitness of Junior High school students.   To conclude,Aerobic Dance does not only help to improvephysical fitness of students,it is also a suitable exercise tojunior high school students.It is hoped that this researchcould assist physical educationist when designing futurecurriculum for junior high students,a suitable blend ofconventional exercises with aerobic dance is apparentlybeneficial to students’health.
