A survey was taken with“Self-Concept Scale for Elemtary School Students”, “Learnimg-Attitude Scale”and“Achievement Motivation Scale”to the elemtary school students in 58 elementary schools in Thichung, and 658 students’ data were acquired. All the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, Mix-design two-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, Correlation different patency test, and so on. The major results of this study were as followed: 1. New immigrant children’s scores of self-concept were lower than the mean of national norm, but non-immigrant children’s scores of self-concept were like the mean of national norm. 2. Non- immigrant children’s scores of self-concept were higher than new immigrant children’s. To all students, girls’ scores of school self-concept were higher than boys’, but boys’ scores of appearances, body, emotive self-concept were higher than girls’. 3. Non- immigrant children’s scores of self-concept were higher than China(include of Hongkong, Macao)immigrant children’s. Southeast asia new immigrant children’s scores of body and emotive self-concept were higher than China(include of Hongkong, Macao) students’. 4. In each of scale of self-concept, China(include of Hongkong, Macao)and Macao immigrant children’s scores of body self-concept were higher than others. 5. Non- immigrant children’s scores of learnimg-attitude were higher than new immigrant children’s. Different gender of new immigrant children’s and non- immigrant children’s scores were had no different of significance. To all students, girls’ scores of enviorment aesthesia were higer than boys’. 6. Non- immigrant children’s scores of learning-attitude were higher than new immigrant children’s. Southeast asia new immigrant children’s scores of homework-learning, learning-interesting and learning-attitude were higer than China(include of Hongkong, Macao) children’s. 7. In each of scale of leaing-attitude, southeast ascia new immigrant children’s score of homework-learning attitude were higher. Non- immigrant children’s score of learning-interesting were higher than other. 8. Non- immigrant children’s score of achievement motivation were higher than new immigrant children. 9. Non- immigrant children’s score of self-advance, self-achievement motivation were higher than China(include of Hongkong, Macao)new immigrant children. Southeast asia new immigrant children’s score of self-advance achievement motivation were higher than China(include of Hongkong, Macao)children’s. 10. There are positive correlations between self-concept, learning-attitude and achievement motivation. New immigrant children and non- immigrant children were different in correlations between these.
