First ,from literature review , the researcher induced to six dimensions:(1)The scheme of school affairs. (2)The plans of curricula. (3)discipline , consultation in instruction . (4)class management. (5)teaching and assessments.(6)organization of parents . And then ,the research engaged in questionnaire research . The subjects were school faculty and parents in Tai-Chung county . The subjects were selected generally in a whole group or randomly in group. The subjects included principals , directors , homeroom teachers , parents , and parents who had been the parents committee members . All of the subjects were randomly chosen . The total subjects were 835 members coming from 167 elementary schools . The researcher collected all of the subjects’ opinions and viewpoints, analyzed the perception and execution differences of parents from different background elements. After collecting all the questionnaires are 716 pieces ,the researcher removed the invalid questionnaires . The percentage of valid questionnaires was 85.75% . The researcher conducted the statistic analyses and managements . After analyzing mean, standard difference, t-test , and one way ANOVA, the research got conclusions as below: 1. Parents of elementary school students, participating in school educational business, whose perception and degree of situation on actual execution are sound and processing in traditional pattern . 2. There is a significant difference in perception and execution situation of school education participation among from different background variances . 3. There is a significant difference among school faculty in perception and the degree of actual execution of parents’ participation in school education . 4. School faculty of different background variances show a significant difference in perception and degree of actual execution of parents’ participation in school education . 5. The research shows that school faculty have higher perception than parents in parents’ participation iv school education . In the end, after engaging in literature research, field study and the definition and explanation of related theories, the research hopes to render concrete suggestions to educational authorities, school administrators teachers and parents.
