Furthermore, we analyze the teachers’ job satisfaction from teachers’ personal variables and school environmental variables, respectively. Through the survey research method, the population of this study comprised in-service teachers of public elementary school in Changhua County .The samplings included 26 elementary schools, and 254 questionnaires were sent, then 235 questionnaires were returned. With the implementation of “The elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction scale” were edited by researcher establishment, the data the researcher recorded from questionnaires were statistically analysis by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. According to the outcomes of analysis, the results of our research were as follows. 1.Under cancelling exempts the income tax policy, the current phenomenon of elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction presents the somewhat low degree. In teachers’ job satisfaction, “To hope which holds two offices” had the highest score, “Further education and Promotion” and “Organizational Identification” had the second highest score. Moreover, “salaries and benefits” had the lowest score. 2.Under cancelling exempts the income tax policy, there was no significant difference between “gender”,“age”,“highest educational degree”, “years of experience as a teacher” and “function of office” on elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction. 3.Under cancelling exempts the income tax policy, there was no significant difference between “school area” and “school teacher association” on elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction.
