Enterprises are searching management manner for enhancing business capabilities. PSM (Purchasing and Supply Management) is viewed as one strategy of increasing business capabilities and one method to solve business problems, such as enhancing the quality of product, delivery rate, and decreasing cost, etc. CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) is identified as one methodology to increase revenue, reduce stock, cycle time, and bullwhip effect, improve customer service, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency, share information, promote partnerships, and so on. Firstly, this research finds elements of CPSM through Expert Interview and Content Analysis and identifies relationship between CPFR and PSM. Secondly, the model of Collaborative Purchasing and Supply Management (CPSM) is constructed by ARIS. Thirdly, one case study is adopted to verify the reference model. Finally, this research brings up conclusions and suggestions for CPSM.
